The lower receiver is made out of polymer with textured grip panels that are comfortable to hold. The slide is made out of metal to hold up and stay reliable with all the BBs that will be fired over time. Toward the front of the slide is a fiber optic sight that makes it easier to acquire a target and have the reaction you need to take the first shot.
