Do You Hot Spot Airsoft Offer Repairs / Upgrades Service?

YES, ABSOLUTELY! Hot Spot Airsoft is well known in the Airsoft Industry for our 25+ Years unbeatable Expertise and Knowledge in Airsoft Guns repairs and upgrades. Our current labor rate is $40 Per Hour, (Parts and Return Shipping are extra).
-Our motto is "Do It Right The First Time", however ALL our repairs/Upgrades comes with 30 Day Limited Warranty on the Labor,  which means that In the unlikely event we made a "mistake" and the gun develop the same issue/s we worked on, we'll fix it again for FREE!


Where is my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number to your package.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Usually we ship "In Stock" orders within 1-3 business days, many times "Same Day" if order is placed before 2PM.
-Please note, processing time will not change if you pay for upgraded shipping. All orders are processed in the order that they are received. 

How long will it take to ship my Custom Gun?

We take pride in our craftsmanship. While we work hard to ship custom launcher orders as quickly as possible, true customization requires complete disassembly and reassembly with many intricate components. This precision process cannot be rushed, and we will never compromise quality for speed.

Shipping Time Frame is based on Orders Volume And The Amount Of Work Needed!
Usually The Estimated Shipping Time Is within 15+ "Business Days" Weekends / Holidays Excluded!

All orders are on a first-come, first-served basis and processed in the order they are received.

What is processing time?

Processing time is the time we take to prepare your order before we ship it, this does not include the time the item will take in transit. 

How long will I have to wait for an item on Pre-Order?

If an item is available for pre-order, we will specify the ETA in either the title of the item listing, or the description. If we find that an item has an ETA of more than two weeks, and a lead time has not been explicitly stated, we will contact you to let you know the estimated lead time for your order. This occurs very rarely but when it does it is due to the havoc of the supply chain's availability and processing time.
